Pictures from Minnesota

Recently we spent about 5 days in Minnesota. While there we had the opportunity to do three major things: ice fishing with family, visit and speak at Friendship Church, and also attend a wedding of a family member. We thought we should share some pictures of our time on the web.

Ice Fishing in Brainerd, Minnesota

For New Years week, we spent some time in Minnesota. The first two days we spent up in the Brainerd, Minnesota area in a small town called Baxter. Lindsey's first cousins and aunt/uncle live up there. They took us ice fishing...YES...ICE FISHING.

After growing up and spending most of our adult life in warmer climates such as TX, NC, and Spain, were were blown away by the cold temperatures at first. Then the real shock set in when we went out on a frozen lake on a snowmobile and played football on the frozen lake.

You don't have to imagine. We took the opportunity to create a video for you to watch that documents our time that day out on the lake with the Beebe family.

We consider it a privilege to take opportunities like these to spend time with family and see God's creation. More information will be posted soon about the rest of our time in Minnesota where we had a chance to speak at Friendship Church in Prior Lake, Minnesota before heading to the Beebe/Lundquist wedding.
